By accessing or using the Resonality application (“App” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App.

Resonality is a digital intention-setting and structured goal-alignment tool designed to:

• Assist users in clarifying personal goals
• Generate structured pathways and suggested actions
• Track progress and alignment indicators
• Provide optional community-based intention participation
• Offer subscription-based premium features

The Service is intended for personal development and reflection only.

It does not provide:

• Medical advice
• Psychological or therapeutic treatment
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Investment advice
• Religious or spiritual guarantees

Resonality provides structured guidance and tools. We do not guarantee:

• Achievement of personal goals
• Changes in financial, relational, health, or professional circumstances
• Collective or community outcomes
• Specific results from suggested actions

Outcomes depend on user decisions, external factors, and circumstances beyond our control.

The Service is not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal, or financial professionals.
If you require professional support, you must consult a qualified provider.
We disclaim liability arising from reliance on the Service as professional advice.

The App generates structured suggestions, classifications, translations, and pathways automatically. Such content:

• Is informational only
• May contain inaccuracies
• Is not personalised professional advice
• Should be independently evaluated by the user

You remain solely responsible for decisions taken based on the Service.

You agree not to:

• Submit unlawful, abusive, harmful, or misleading content
• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse other users
• Post content that is obscene, sexually explicit, violent, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise objectionable
• Post content that promotes illegal activity or self-harm
• Attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the Service
• Interfere with system infrastructure
• Use the App for illegal purposes

You are responsible for activity conducted under your account.

Violation of these rules may result in removal of content, suspension of community access, or permanent termination of your account.

You may create an account using supported authentication providers. You are responsible for:

• Safeguarding access credentials
• All activity under your account

We are not liable for unauthorised access resulting from your failure to secure your account.

Resonality offers free and paid subscription tiers.

Payments are processed via third-party app stores or payment processors. We do not store or process full payment card details.

Subscription renewals, billing disputes, and refunds are governed by the relevant app store or payment provider’s policies.

Prices may change at any time.

Free users may have restricted access, including but not limited to:

• A single intention
• Limited analytics
• Restricted feature access
• No community participation

We reserve the right to modify free-tier functionality at any time.

Community features allow users to participate in shared intentions and contribute user-generated content.

Users must ensure that any content they submit complies with these Terms and does not contain abusive, harmful, offensive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable material.

Resonality maintains a zero-tolerance policy for abusive users and objectionable content.

We reserve the right to:

• Remove or modify any content at our discretion
• Restrict or disable community access for users who violate these rules
• Suspend or permanently terminate accounts engaging in abusive behaviour

Users may report inappropriate content or block other users through the tools provided in the App.

Participation in community features is voluntary.
We do not guarantee collective outcomes.

To help maintain a safe environment, Resonality may implement automated or manual moderation systems including:

• Filtering of objectionable language
• Review of reported content
• Removal of harmful or abusive submissions

While we take reasonable steps to maintain community standards, we cannot guarantee that all user-generated content will be free from objectionable material.

Users are encouraged to report violations through the in-app reporting tools.

All rights, including but not limited to:

• Branding
• Software code
• System architecture
• Content structures
• Visual design
• Audio assets

Are owned by Lourens Jacobus Abraham Basson.

You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lourens Jacobus Abraham Basson shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential loss
• Emotional distress
• Financial loss
• Lost opportunities
• Business interruption
• Data loss
• Dissatisfaction with outcomes
• Reliance on generated content

Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection laws.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lourens Jacobus Abraham Basson from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the Service
• Your breach of these Terms
• Content you submit

We may suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion for breach, misuse, abusive behaviour, or unlawful conduct.

We may discontinue the Service at any time.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Updated Terms will be published within the App.

Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles.

If you reside outside Australia, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may also apply.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria, Australia, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law.
